Refund Policy

REFUND, CANCELLATION, PROGRAM CHANGE, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

PURPOSE:

This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for refund requests, cancellations, program modifications, and rescheduling, ensuring transparency and clarity in addressing these matters.

SCOPE:

This policy applies to all employees, students, and candidates involved in the process of requesting and/or processing refunds within the EDXcellence.Org ecosystem. It does not cover cases where refunds are not authorized by EDXcellence management.

A. INDUSTRIAL TRAINING
Online Industrial Training

The fees charged for industrial training programs cover live instructional sessions only. EDXcellence does not levy any charges for the internship project phase, which is provided as a complimentary benefit.

B. FEE STRUCTURE

Industrial Training and Certification Programs consist of the following fee components:

  • Registration Charges for platform access.

  • Mentorship Fees for guidance and training.
C. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Industrial Training Programs
  • All online industrial training programs are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • A full refund will only be issued if EDXcellence cancels the entire program.
  • Registration charges, constituting 20% of the program fee or Rs. 1000/- + GST (whichever is higher), are non-refundable at any time.
2. Job Guarantee Programs
  • Refund requests will be honored only if submitted at least one week before the program commencement date, provided the student has not accessed the Learning Management System (LMS). Refund requests after LMS access will be strictly denied.
  • A full refund will only be issued if EDXcellence cancels the entire program.
  • Registration charges, constituting 20% of the program fee or Rs. 1000/- + GST (whichever is higher), are non-refundable at any time.
3. Refund Process
  • Contact support@edxcellence.org.in to initiate a refund request.

  • If eligible, a representative will respond within 2-5 business days.

  • Approved refund requests require the completion of a Refund Form.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., card, bank account, or online payment platform).
  • Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
D. PROGRAM CHANGE POLICY

Students may request a one-time change to an alternative program under the following conditions:

  • A written request is submitted at least one week prior to the original program's commencement date.
  • The alternative program has available seats and must conclude within one month of the original program’s scheduled end date.
  • If transferring to a higher-value program, students must pay the fee difference. However, if switching to a lower-value program, no refunds will be issued for the difference.
  • A processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid within three days of approval; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the request.
Process for Program Change:
  • Contact support@edxcellence.org.in to request a program change.

  • Upon approval, complete and submit the Program Change Form within three business days.

  • Pay applicable fees and submit proof of payment.

  • Confirmation will be provided within 5-7 business days.
E. RESCHEDULING POLICY
1. Rescheduling by EDXcellence
  • If a program does not commence within 15 business days of its scheduled start date, students are entitled to either a full refund or the option to enroll in a different batch or program.
  • EDXcellence will make every effort to conduct the program as scheduled; however, in case of delays, it will only be liable for program costs. Travel, logistics, and personal expenses will not be reimbursed.
2. Rescheduling by Students
  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least seven business days before the scheduled start date.

  • Program rescheduling does not permit a change of program.

  • Approval is subject to seat availability.

  • A rescheduling fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid within five business days of approval.
3. Process for Rescheduling
  • Contact support@edxcellence.org.in to request a reschedule.

  • Upon approval, complete and submit the Reschedule Change Form within three business days.

  • Pay applicable fees and submit proof of payment.

  • Confirmation will be provided within 5-7 business days.
F. CANCELLATION POLICY

EDXcellence reserves the right to cancel sessions or alter session locations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, riots, strikes, etc.)
Cancellation Guidelines:
  • If EDXcellence cancels a workshop, seminar, or conference, a 100% refund will be issued.
